Responsibilities:
- Service Center warranty jobs verification
- Investigate to service center abnormal claims
- Coordinate with other terms for warranty jobs verification
- Support service center on job closing issue
- Response to service center warranty issue enquiries
- Responsible to raise payment for vendor claims
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Business Studies/ Adminstration/ Management or equipvalent
- Independent, team player, strong interpersonal skill and able to work under tight schedules
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduated are encourage to apply
- Preferable language: Chinese, Malay, English
- Work Location: PJ
- One year renewable contract based on performance
