Operations Management Officer
Kuala Lumpur 

Responsibilities:
  1. To assist senior officer to perform the following task related to Cash Management: 
  • Gathering and compiling of Cash Handling Report maintained and kept at branch nationwide.
  • Preparation of the abovesaid reports in a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Keep aware of any changes and updates of policies and procedures and to ensure all new updates has been properly documented for future easy reference.
  • Ensure all new information or updates have been properly circulated to the branches nationwide and the branch unit heads are fully aware, understand, implement and abide to the new rules and regulations.
  • Compiling staff fidelity and insurance compliance report nationwide.
  1. To assist senior officer to perform the following task related to Operation Management:
  • Gathering and compiling of operation records maintained and kept at branch nationwide.
  • Preparation of branch operation record transfer from branch to counter on timely manner and compliance with related guideline.
  • Compiling and ensure of record keeping of information update and circulation memo for future reference nationwide.
  • Ensure all new information or updates have been properly circulated to the branches nationwide and the branch unit heads are fully aware, understand, implement and abide to the new rules and regulations.
  1.  Assist in preparation and circulation of memo from other department and branches nationwide.
  2. Assist to arrange time and date for site visitation and inspection and to get confirmation and feedback from party involved.
  3. Work closely with senior officer on overall administration and operation issues
  4. To ensure self-equipped with knowledge in area specialized or relevant field at all time in case there is need to replace senior officer due to his/her absent (AL/EL/MC/others).
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Banking and Administration field.
  • 2 or 3 years working experience in Banking and Financial industry.
  • Exposure in Branch Development functions and activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken; able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal & problem solving skill.
