Purchasing Officers
Responsibilities:
Both Purchasing Local and Purchasing Foreign (Purchasing Local is to manage local vendor, however Purchasing Foreign responsible for oversea vendor)
Vendor Management
To manage and control the vendors by monitoring their Quality (Q), Cost (C), Delivery (D), Service (S), and Technology (T).
Cost Management
Applying the cost down activities once a year.
Manage to negotiate with vendor to get the best price from vendor for the existing product or new product.
To know the process of every material in detail in order to have the best result in cost reduction activities.
Loss Time Management
Ensure supplier deliver and supply on time to avoid Production line stop and effected production efficiency.
Other jobs responsibilities such as generate Purchase Requisition convert to Purchase Order, price contract
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any field, fresh graduate are also encourge to write in
Minimum 1 -2 years' working experience in Purchasing field at manufacturing, and if with SAP experience will be added advantages
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
Proficiency in computer spreadsheet application is required
Committed and able to work extra working hours
