HR Officer 
Selangor - Shah Alam
The Job:
  • To handle matters related to the hiring of foreign workers which includes renewal of work permits and Fomema medical examinations.
  • To ensure complete compliance of foreign employee management system (as per the Malaysian Immigration Department requirements).
  • To manage the employees' welfare in the areas of leave management, medical reimbursement and general queries.
  • To work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues in the HR team, proactively identifying areas for service improvement within the HR function.
  • To assist on day to day administrative HR matters and payroll activities, where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HR or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in the field of HR, preferably in the manufacturing background.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
  • Meticulous, accurate, well organized and a high committed attitude towards work accomplishment and able to handle confidential tasks.
