Responsibilities:
- Assist customer to plan their financial objectives through the range on Takaful products
- Promote and professionally sell a wide range of BancaTakaful products to existing and potential customers via needs analysis
- To work closely with Branch Managers and Branch Business Managers to sales within the designated area via tactical campaigns & Customer/Referrer Events
- To provide valuable feedbacks for referral framework
- Ensure the Branch Banking Sales Team achieves a high standard of motivation and performance by:- Training, coaching and guiding the Branch Managers, Branch Business Managers & Sales Teams to deliver/exceed assigned sales targets. Monitoring and communicating results achieved regularly via League table. Update Team on relevant information via regular meetings. Resolving issues and problems encountered with other support units quickly
- Ensure all compliance matter is met accordingly (i.e. BNM, LIAM, OCC guidelines and etc.)
- Prepare weekly progress reports to management
- Undertake any assignments assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration and any related
- At least 1-2 years experience in Bancatakaful/Bancassurance and sales environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and mature thinking
- Highly motivated and positive thinking
